Esa cifra se volvi\u00f3 relevante no solo por lo alta que es, sino tambi\u00e9n porque esa generaci\u00f3n representa alrededor de la cuarta parte de la poblaci\u00f3n nacional, seg\u00fan datos del INEGI.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior quiere decir que cerca de 46 millones de j\u00f3venes entre 15 y 34 a\u00f1os est\u00e1n dispuestos a sacrificar otros aspectos de su vida, como el ahorro o el entretenimiento, para vivir en las zonas que cumplen sus necesidades y expectativas.<\/p>\n<p>Sin duda, los millennials se han caracterizado por modificar muchos h\u00e1bitos y tendencias que se mantuvieron intactos por a\u00f1os y en diversos sectores. El mercado inmobiliario no est\u00e1 exento de su influencia, lo cual ha planteado un nuevo reto para el gremio: conocer sus intereses para readaptar sus estrategias y conectar exitosamente con este perfil.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"vc_row-59dbb5a779787\" class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"vc_row-59dbb5a77abc2\" class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\">\n<div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\">\n<div class=\"vc_column-inner \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p><strong>EL RETO DEL AGENTE INMOBILIARIO FRENTE A LOS MILLENIALS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lo prioritario para los asesores inmobiliarios es entender qui\u00e9nes son los millennials, c\u00f3mo se comportan y cu\u00e1les son sus preferencias.<\/p>\n<p>Los millennials no tienen apego por las cosas materiales, salieron al mercado laboral en medio de una gran recesi\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica en Norteam\u00e9rica y en el mundo -desde 2006 hasta 2013-. Eso significa que debieron endeudarse para hacer sus estudios y salieron de las universidades con deudas muy altas. Despu\u00e9s, est\u00e1 el factor de que sus sueldos son bajos, por lo cual un millennial no est\u00e1 preparado para comprar una propiedad.<\/p>\n<p>De igual manera, dijo que se estima que ser\u00e1 en un periodo de cinco a siete a\u00f1os cuando surjan como compradores s\u00f3lidos y est\u00e9n listos para invertir en bienes ra\u00edces.<\/p>\n<p>Este panorama explica en gran manera el auge de la renta de inmuebles, por el momento, como asesores inmobiliarios, nos tenemos que enfocar en las mejores condiciones de los alquileres. El 78% de los millennials est\u00e1 alquilando, mientras que el resto todav\u00eda vive con sus padres. Por su puesto, el internet de alta velocidad es esencial, cl\u00f3sets grandes, \u00e1reas de recreaci\u00f3n cercanas, un buen nivel de seguridad, balcones, patios o \u00e1reas verdes donde puedan practicar actividades al aire libre.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, requieren cercan\u00eda con medios de transporte p\u00fablico, ya que el gasto de un autom\u00f3vil y la gasolina resulta menos atractivo que movilizarse en bicicleta o metro. Igualmente, buscan estar cerca de restaurantes, tiendas de autoservicio y todos aquellos servicios que facilitan su d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante estar preparados para este mercado tan espec\u00edfico, tan exigente y tan seguro de lo que desea. Sus prioridades son claras: medio ambiente, tecnolog\u00eda, esparcimiento y salud.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"vc_row-59dbb5a77f24b\" class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\">\n<div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\">\n<div class=\"vc_column-inner \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p><strong>COMO VENDER A UN MILLENIAL Y A UN BABY BOOMER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hay que considerar tambi\u00e9n que el millennial, a diferencia de un baby boomer, ha decidido postergar tres etapas que anta\u00f1o fueron inamovibles: casarse, tener hijos y comprar una casa. Es vital que tengamos fotograf\u00edas, enlaces, los\u00a0<em>reviews<\/em>\u00a0pasados de nuestros clientes.
