El hecho de comprar casa en el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o 2020 en M\u00e9xico est\u00e1 en la mente de millones de mexicanos, lo que hace que&nbsp;<strong>el sector inmobiliario mantenga su atractivo para los inversores el a\u00f1o que viene<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los propietarios de viviendas lo tendr\u00e1n m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil para vender casa, ya que el sector no ha dejado de crecer y la demanda de viviendas parece que continuar\u00e1 con una senda de crecimiento sostenido para el a\u00f1o 2020. Encontrar m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n acerca de los precios de los inmuebles en funci\u00f3n de las zonas en las que se ubiquen permite&nbsp;<strong>conocer qu\u00e9 zonas registran una demanda m\u00e1s elevada<\/strong>&nbsp;y qu\u00e9 zonas est\u00e1n m\u00e1s estancadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Repunte en la compra-venta de viviendas en zonas tur\u00edsticas&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El crecimiento y desarrollo del sector inmobiliario para el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o parece que tendr\u00e1 lugar a lo largo y ancho de M\u00e9xico, pero existen algunas zonas en las que la demanda registrar\u00e1 un repunte m\u00e1s elevado. Hablamos de zonas donde el turismo es muy importante, como pueden ser&nbsp;<strong>Baja California<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>M\u00e9rida<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>la Riviera Maya<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>o la Riviera Nayarit<\/strong>.&nbsp;Son fundamentalmente compradores que buscan una segunda residencia para sus periodos vacacionales o d\u00edas de descanso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero el crecimiento no solo se est\u00e1 registrando en \u00e1reas especialmente atractivas para el turismo sino que se est\u00e1 trasladando a otras zonas del pa\u00eds.&nbsp;<strong>En Quer\u00e9taro y en Guadalajara tambi\u00e9n existe una elevada demanda de vivienda<\/strong>&nbsp;que se est\u00e1 traduciendo en el desarrollo de multitud de proyectos inmobiliarios en la zona, con un gran protagonismo del desarrollo vertical orientado a un comprador de perfil medio de la sociedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apuesta por la sostenibilidad<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro de los cambios que viene pisando fuerte en el sector inmobiliario mexicano para el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o es la apuesta por la sostenibilidad. Los compradores cada vez tienen m\u00e1s en cuenta el impacto que sus viviendas tienen en el medio ambiente y los empresarios del sector est\u00e1n dando pasos hacia esta direcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ejemplo, podemos encontrar promociones inmobiliarias en las que se incluyen sistemas de recolecci\u00f3n de agua, certificaciones verdes que garantizan la sostenibilidad ambiental de las viviendas, el uso de paneles solares para abastecer de energ\u00eda a las viviendas o construcciones inteligentes que gestionan de forma ahorrativa los recursos.&nbsp;<strong>La certificaci\u00f3n LEED (Leadership in Energy &amp; Environmental Design), otorgada a los proyectos inmobiliarios que cumplen con ciertas normas medioambientales, se ha convertido en un gran reclamo<\/strong>&nbsp;para los compradores y tendr\u00e1 una gran importancia en el a\u00f1o 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Desarrollo de proyectos residenciales mixtos&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Una tendencia que se apreciar\u00e1 con mayor importancia el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o es la que aboga por el desarrollo inmobiliario mixto en el que&nbsp;<strong>no solo se crean urbanizaciones de viviendas para los ciudadanos sino el resto de servicios<\/strong>&nbsp;que necesitan para evitar tener que pasar muchas horas en el carro para realizar cualquier compra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este tipo de desarrollos inmobiliarios buscan crear espacios residenciales que incluyen amenidades, como&nbsp;<strong>parques y jardines, espacios de oficinas o incluso \u00e1reas comerciales<\/strong>&nbsp;en las que los vecinos pueden realizar sus compras cotidianas. De esta forma se evita tener que salir del nuevo barrio para realizar cualquier tr\u00e1mite y se aporta m\u00e1s valor al \u00e1rea residencial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este tipo de desarrollos residenciales est\u00e1n teniendo una gran demanda en ciudades como M\u00e9rida, en la que los inversionistas est\u00e1n realizando grandes proyectos atra\u00eddos por el importante crecimiento que est\u00e1n registrando esta ciudad, gracias a sus elevados niveles de seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El a\u00f1o 2020, un a\u00f1o positivo para la compra de viviendas&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Las buenas perspectivas del sector inmobiliario en M\u00e9xico para el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o 2020 permiten afirmar que&nbsp;<strong>ser\u00e1 un buen a\u00f1o para comprarse una vivienda<\/strong>.
