El significado de hogar\u201d, elaborada por HSBC, 94% \u00a0de los j\u00f3venes que rentan o viven con sus padres espera comprar su<\/span><b> propio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> inmueble en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os y actualmente solo 46% \u00a0es <\/span><b>due\u00f1o<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de su casa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin embargo, el documento precis\u00f3 que la solvencia representa un <\/span><b>obst\u00e1culo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ya que 66% de los encuestados que pretenden adquirir dentro de los siguientes dos a\u00f1os una vivienda a\u00fan carece de lo suficiente para un enganche. Asimismo, 34% adquirir\u00e1 una <\/span><b>propiedad<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> distinta a la que quisiera.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otro factor que afecta a los j\u00f3venes es la<\/span><b> planeaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, debido a que s\u00f3lo 8% de los encuestados tiene un <\/span><b>presupuesto <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">exacto en mente. Esto cobra importancia debido a que 54% de los j\u00f3venes que compraron una vivienda en los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os pag\u00f3 m\u00e1s de lo que ten\u00eda planeado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este es un problema que no \u00fanicamente azota a los j\u00f3venes, diversos especialistas coinciden con que la planeaci\u00f3n y educaci\u00f3n financieras se encuentran poco arraigadas en la cultura del mexicano.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por su parte, Eduardo de la Canal, consultor de Negocios y Capacitaci\u00f3n de Coldwell Banker Affiliates de M\u00e9xico, explic\u00f3 que lo primero que debe tomar en cuenta una persona es cerciorarse con el banco o cualquier instituci\u00f3n financiera c\u00f3mo se estar\u00eda manejando la tasa de inter\u00e9s, debido a que el Banco de M\u00e9xico ha venido increment\u00e1ndola. \u201cLo importante es que se asesoren correctamente antes de sacar un cr\u00e9dito\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>4 tips pr\u00e1cticos para comprar la casa de tus sue\u00f1os<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los j\u00f3venes de esta generaci\u00f3n considerar\u00edan sacrificar algunos gastos para adquirir una vivienda. No obstante, HSBC les otorga una serie de recomendaciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b> Planear temprano y no subestimar el enganche<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Empieza a planear temprano para que comprar sea una realidad m\u00e1s cercana. Esto incluye ahorrar para el enganche, normalmente el primer pago que deber\u00e1s hacer.
